FWIW, I am told by a friend that Sprynet allows it , though not officially. He says he often logs in twice at the same time for hours, and has never yet been dropped, emailed about it, etc.

The only limitation I see, at least when I looked into it for myself, was that they were woefully behind in getting all their access numbers up to 56K.
