Madison grants incentive stock options Madison Enterprises Corp MNP Shares issued 44,730,516 Mar 1 close $0.19 Tue 6 Mar 2001 Mr. Chet ldziszek reports Madison Enterprises has, subject to regulatory approval, granted incentive stock options to directors and employees of Madison entitling the purchase of up to 485,000 common shares of Madison at a price of 17 cents per share at any time up to and including March 6, 2006. Madison has also agreed, subject to regulatory approval, to reduce the exercise price of all existing incentive stock options entitling the purchase of up to 2,830,580 common shares of Madison to 17 cents per share.
