Carl: You forgot my personal opinion of South Wales businessmen <VBG>, the danger with management having great vision without the financial meand to carry the vision out, and the failure of management post facto, to take the courageous step of cleaning the balance sheet in one big swipe and start with a clean slate.

And, ya, civility has returned, I wonder why? Humility?
