For what it is worth: my broker is a pure technician and he has recently become very interested in WIND. In his opinion the stock reacted very well to the offering, especially the ratio of the offering volume to the average daily volume, and he now thinks that it is ripe for a big move. He has bought some. I am seriously thinking about doubling my position, as mentioned here earlier, since I think WIND has outstanding future prospects and I just took a big gain elsewhere.
