Unfortunately, this is the same scenario I'm starting to see, rdww. I think it's time for the mass write-in to the Mongolian Government by MGR shareholders that I suggested six months ago. Nothing else seems to be working. It's time for MGR shareholder action! We write to the Mongolian Government and, rather than face world humiliation in the resource sector, it puts pressure on MAC to settle. Result: MAC comes begging ("B-E-G-G-I-N-G") to MGR for an agreement! "Is this brilliant, or what?" (to quote former Prime Minister Mulroney).
