T.C: Your experience is right on, but I think everyone involved now is paranoid on TSE scrutiny and its legal clout. Look at Golden Rule and Harper; he is getting hammered. And FM had its hands slapped earlier over CWA, so you can bet the TSE has their eyes glued to their transactions. Things are going to different, at least for a while, because NWI is now a "test case" for scrutiny.
