Company views Intel price cutting as advantageous; sees the current environment of very weak demand as the ideal period in which to accelerate its market share gains. 14:00 ET Cabot Corp (CBT) 37.58 +0.45 (+1.2%): Speciality chemicals company announces resignation of CFO Robert L. Culver. In connection with his resignation, CBT will incur a special charge of approx. $4 mln, principally due to the accelerated vesting of shares granted under the company's equity incentive plan. 13:47 ET Electric Fuel (EFCX) 3.50 +0.23 (+7%): -- Update -- Company unveils plan to form a dedicated Electric Vehicle company.
