Now Rosie... I would hardly say that a decline of .003cents is tanking. Also I find the trading for NHLT puzzling. On Friday they had an abnormally high volume trading day... and today..zero. I wonder why the POWERx program, which is touted as being so incredible cannot save this company without the help of PRWT.
