A little FYI... I received shipping confirmation of my new iMac order yesterday from Apple. Order was placed with them on the first day of availability, the 14th, at which time I was told the computer I wanted hadn't even been manufactured yet. So, Apple's turnaround time looks to be pretty good. If it's really true that my order went to the manufacturing floor upon ordering (even if all they had to configure was a 96MB RAM upgrade), that seems to me to be a pretty well-oiled operation they have out there. My bedroom is going to look like a tangerine iMac showroom for a couple weeks here! Mark
