<What this press release didn't say was that Ascend had to discount 85% of list price to win this deal. It was a 3 way fight between Ascend, 3Com (USR) and Bay Networks. Every vendor wanted the business. However, only one vendor wanted the business at that price. So much for margins ...> Why are you being a sore loser??? Bay Network, your employer lost the job. No need to trash ASND. Come on buddy?????
