You have asserted that since I use the name LegalBeast and posess a JD degree that this is proof that I am a "SELF PROCLAIMED LEGAL EXPERT". I have asserted nothing of the sort, YOU CAME TO THAT CONCLUSION ON YOUR OWN!

This is similar to the Mary assertions you have made with one notable exception. I am here and state catagorically that you do not know how my nickname came to be nor do you know how it relates to my JD degree. Neither of these two details are intended to in any way state that I am an expert in any area. The true story concerning the name is interesting to those involved, but for PERSONAL REASONS, I will not share that story with you and further investigation on your part is hereby disallowed!
