John, to me this is one of the best HIV reference sources posted so far. I particularly like "figure 1," which shows the sites of drug intervention. I would like to emphasize the drug side-effect/toxicity profile of each medication. Clinically, most of these meds (Viracept really poses little clinical problems) cause significant potential signs/symptoms that might interfere with a patient's activities of daily living and social functioning, besides possibly confusing the doctor into thinking that the patient has HIV related disease (unnecessary tests, other meds, etc.). Thanks for this post.
