If you just subscribed it may take a week or two, or I think they start you off with next months (Jan) newsletter, but you can go to website and access all of them now.

There is no set time during the month when it arrives. I suggest you go to the website ans sign up for the email notification feature. Great feature, notifies you a day before it is posted on the website and then the letter arrives about a week or so later in the mail..
