Madly - It makes me crazy when I see these, especially when the famous BK files and did not file with his tile. I did ask a colleague who did SEC Accounting filings and he stated that BK should have listed his title regardless of how he bought or why he was sellin the stock!

I look at these filings as what info do they have that we don't?
