That made me laugh! It's bunk. I have worked the last 12 years for 2 of the largest mortgage companies in the US and have friends that work for 2 of the other biggest competitors. I know many people in the mortgage industry. That the up front processing work and work to close a home loan is done off shore is just untrue. Totally. It is not so period. <g> Maybe the help desk for microsoft is run from India but not much if anything in the home loan business. It's the type of hands on paper work that has to be handled in a close locale. None of the centralized processing is done off shore either. Forget about it. LOL.

You guys are the mining and gasser experts but this is something I know.
