<<As a user of three services, I can tell you that Datek has the best record of answering my e-mail inquiries regarding wiring funds out, etc.>>

Thank you very much for your interesting answers; so far I could hardly imagine that their e-mail support is better for existing customers than for potential new customers.
Can you tell me if it is possible to trade with BB- and Penny-Stocks at Datek at the same low rate? And if it is possible to trade stocks at Canadian Stock Exchanges (Toronto/Vancouver) with them via the Internet (not Broker assisted!)?

I would also be interested why you are a customer of three services although you are satisfied with Datek apparently.

For me I chose Ameritrade because they have a free 800 phone number also from countries outside the US (I'm living in Europe Switzerland) and I keep on with JB Oxford because of their real time quotes and their excellent customer service.

But as Ameritrade doesn't support BB stock trades online and JB Oxford is very expensive as soon as a stock trades below $1 I'm looking for an alternative.
