Spoke to TWOE earlier today after receiving the investor packet. Was impressed with what I heard. The
Form 10 will be filed within a week as there were some minor final changes. TWOE is virtually debt free
after the ICW3.com sale at a profit and royalty. All the quarterly reports will be filed this month and bring
TWOE up to date. The main TWOE web site is currently being worked on, will also include the news
releases, investor info, management, etc., and be up sometime next week for public internet viewing.
Was told the Click-TV. Net Inc. Acquisition, last September, was just the first of six acquistions intended
and the web site construction is also on-going now. This will encompass internet video streaming and
audio that will be downloadable. Expect news will be forthcoming about those other 5 intended
acquistions and the opening of the multiple web sites. Seems like the company is starting to define
itself. Here's the number for TWOE Investor Relations (972)399-3512 for DD purposes.

Spark,
TWOE is the Cable and Internet management company that acquired Click TV last fall and Click TV has
since acquired all the rights to 2500+ digital recordings for unlimited use and distribution on the internet.
So I guess something will be coming about Internet TV. Also read in the investor packet that Click TV is
going to announce the opening of a European office due to international considerations and satellite
broadcasting. Guess this Internet TV thing is on the forefront of technology. Low labor cost and high
tech. Am thinking TWOE's plan by acquiring a private cable system, the Click TV, the Digital Library,
the international Internet boutique and who knows what else, will all be meshed together for cross
marketing to capture increased revenue dollars and profits on a international basis. Your thoughts?????
