A Day in the Life of a Time Warp

Alfred pulled up to the new construction site with a load of cinder blocks. As he entered the rough cutout where the front door would be, the confused secretary asked what the blocks were for. "For the foundation," he said, beginning to perspire in the air-conditioned, carpeted foyer.
