[NEC. . .] JW -- I couldn't access the whole article. Would you mind emailing it? It looks like an excellent report and I'm curious about the VDSL activity. BTW, if you reread Westell's PR on the ADSL trial in Japan, you'll note there are several other vendors involved, including Sumitomo (no doubt Orckit) and NEC (no doubt Amati). As I understand it the 7,700 lines are split among the entire list. Once more, g'night! Pat
