Good stuff from Raging Bull: Thanks Talon!

Spoke with Ed F. VP of TCBG today.......

1. St. Louis Volpacks' have taken much longer to setup than had planned. They are in the final stages now and are being tested. The tech. from Volpack in Spain was in to help with the setup over the past couple weeks. They plan to have them producing product in next couple weeks. This will be a huge addition to the supply/demand problem.

2.Wal-Mart has a 3 phase plan for the product. 1. all Super Center stores 2. all regular stores 3. Sams Club outlet stores.TCBG is only in phase one now. New machines will help expand to phase two, but Ed did not know if the three additional machine's in St. Louis will be able to accomplish Wal-Marts 3 phase plan. All depends again on the demand once product hits the regular Wal-Marts nation wide. There has been some "discussions" about the longer term future with Wal-Mart that includes additional product roll out. ie: 100% juice products, spring water etc. NOTHING determined yet, but IMO you always want to look long term and plan.

3. I spoke directly to the point raised here by several people about ripping the top off of some packages and leaking/sticky packages. Ed told me that they "are always adjusting" the laser score lines, depth of the laser score to make it easier to open. He stated that the film tech. was flown in from Switzerland last week to make some changes. This is not an exact science. Trial and error, constantly making fine adjustments until they get the balance between ease of opening and making sure it doesn't open to easy to leak.

4. I specifically asked if Wal-Mart has been happy with the Quality of the product? Has the customer return percentage been within the pre-established goals? Ed stated that Wal-Mart is VERY hard on there suppliers as far as quality issues and TCBG has passed with flying colors. TCBG has 1 person whose assigned job is to handle any/all quality issues with the Wal-Mart account and "NO problems".

5. Financials, WHEN? Ed stated that Jon had a meeting this past week with the Sr. accountant at the accounting firm that is reviewing the financials. Ed told me, and I quote "The financials will be signed off on by the Sr. accountant within 21 BUSINESS days from yesterday". That means financial's will be signed off on or before the week of JULY 5.

Any updates I will pass along.
