For all the commodity arguments, the real issue is ease of use. Right now AOL has the easiest use
available. But if you have been watching the news, you know that Microsoft is lurking in the shadows,
and when what they are doing comes to light, AOL will seem quite pricey at the current levels.<

As an AOL bear, I must confess that I just signed up with MSN and am a mite disappointed. I thought they were going to make the web more like TV, a much better way to sell advertising. Didn't see much there. Still, hopefully in time that will change.

Big Al, as a user of both AOL and MSN, please keep us up on the relative evolution of the two services. Having someone who uses both services is very valuable for this forum.
