TED, the blackout period includes the last month of the quarter, until three days after the earnings report. DDIM's quarter ended June 30th, so insiders should not sell from June 1st until next Monday (Aug 4th).

You may still see 144s during this period, since there is some delay in filing. Insiders can technically sell at anytime - but its definitely discouraged during the blackout period.
