Napier Expands European Marketing Initiatives

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Napier International Technologies
Inc. (NIR.TSE) (www.napierintl.com) is pleased to provide this update on successful European marketing initiatives that continue to build in the areas of marine, aviation and industrial sectors.

One of the largest opportunities evolving in Europe is the
implementation of general legislation requiring mandatory removal of tin and copper based antifouling coatings from any marine vessels registered in the European Union commencing in 2003.

These sweeping changes have the marine industry scrambling to book dry-dock times and to find effective solutions for what some consider to be the world's largest legislated refurbishment undertaking.

Napier's environmentally friendly marine coating removers are starting to gain significant attention and exposure since our systems have the unique characteristics of being able to separately lift the antifouling paint or both antifouling and primer coats at once. These effective and unique properties have helped our Norwegian based representatives secure a marketing
initiative with Hempel Scandinavia who launched the Napier marine products at the Oslo boat show in late March with better than expected interest. Hempel is one of the largest coatings manufacturers in the Scandinavian region.

Napier has also been commissioned by the British Navy to commence testing for marine coating removal. The first of at least two vessels are scheduled for initial test work in May.

Napier's aviation products are now being marketed in the UK and Holland and are currently in use by CSA (Czech National Airlines)and several intermediate refurbishers in Britain. In the heavy industrial sector, one of the largest European / International contracting companies, Philippe Lassarat S.A., based in Le Havre-Cedex, France has successfully completed a number of field evaluations with Napier's products in removing various coatings from concrete and steel structures. These very successful projects
range from removing coatings at the Renault car manufacturing plant and French military facilities to offshore oilrigs.Philippe Lassarat S.A. also expects finalization and approval for use of Napier's products in French Nuclear Power Plant Facilities.

With the increased presence of Napier products within the EU
countries and the strong interest demonstrated within the European investment community, Napier is pleased to announce the recent approval to trade on the third market segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The trading symbol is NPK and the German securities code is 881-787.

In support of this new listing Napier has retained the services of Globe Media as a public relations firm with offices in Switzerland and Germany that specializes in broadening the shareholder base of North American small cap companies into European retail and institutional shareholders.
