Mario: If I was on the Radica board considering a buyout offer from HAS or MAT I'd say no unless it was for about $160 per share or higher. I'd price myself at a premium PE, and earnings at least two years out. My franchise is solid, growing, and my ability to innovate is going to keep it going. Somebody has to want me very much to make me vote yes. Chaz.
