David: How much do you think MAC will charge MGR to take the Bumbat Mill off MGR's hands? And will MGR will be able to afford it? I'm not sure it's a good scenario for MGR, since MGR would then be minus both an interest in the Mill and cash in the bank. I think that Dave would have to give such a move lots of thought before proceeding.
