It is a stretch to make the comparison. I grant you that the evil FDR did imprison huge numbers of innocent, loyal, Japanese-Americans, rob them of all their property, strip them of their inalienable rights, gave their land and homes and fishing boats and businesses to whites and never repaid these fine American citizens... but FDR did not have them all murdered as Stalin did to 20 million or so of his own countrymen.

Both are evil, but... There IS a difference!
