This stock has been in a pretty much uninterrupted glide downwards since mid-July. MACD last crossed at a bottom back in September and has been slowwwwwly rising (and diverging slightly) since then and may touch zero in a week or so. Relative Strength (RSI) has been pushing upwards since the beginning of November, but has taken a hit in the last few days. Money Flow peaked in the first part of November and has dived hard in the last week. Somebody is selling this stock.

Stochastics crossed at a peak on or about the tenth and are diving hard for the deep water. Momentum is slightly above neutral at the moment. Price Oscillator also peaked around the 10th and is gliding down. Accumulation/Distribution went from a nice positive to heavily negative since the tenth.

Quick opinion: The stock is under selling pressure and the worst isn't over yet. Be warned that stocks under a dollar are prone to manipulation and don't always behave according to the rules, and this stock could turn on a dime.
