Robert....There is a quote from Russ directly at the bottom of the piece I quoted....and there are more quotes from the original notice....see the link. I don't believe this is about being fair. This is about what on earth is going on here. The shareholders were told one thing, voted on that, and then three months later, an entirely different thing has happened.

I don't believe it was that "the distance was too great" between SFO and Seattle, especially with teleconferencing today. I don't believe the intent was to split the four segments of the business immediately. (again, see the quotes....)
I don't believe it was the economy....the economy has been heading south since last spring, and personally I think before that...but then WDIK?
