Thuy, I wish I could. The software problem as I understood it was related to the european central offices. The Boxes have to be customized( the software) for each CO until the problem is fixed. It seemed like more of a pain in the ass for Ascend than anything really major. I'll have a better idea later today. I'll let you know. BTW this is not a new problem in case your wondering.
