Oh, so it's optional for them to follow the trading blackout? Well, that certainly CASTs (get it? the IAIC followers do) a different light on things.

So, what I thought I kind of understood has now been clarified. Thanks. But, uh ... now the clarification makes me wonder if insiders actually did sell. So, how do we know that? Or, do we?

If this confusion keeps up, I'm coming out of retirement and going back to work. This stock market stuff is too confusing.
