Voice Over IP. It is going to be huge, and it is going to need to grow very fast. Enough infrastructure buildout for multiple vendors to make serious money. I recently heard that Hewlett Packard is already routing almost all their voice calls over their domestic/international network (IP) and have a system in place which routes through traditional PBX only when they can't use the TCP/IP data network. The phone companies must be getting worried BIG-TIME how they will retain revenues...
