briand: my understanding is 50M. x 150 at the RT quote = 7.5B. csco has checked out the landscape. Granted it is also about product fit. Nevertheless, I dare anyone on this board now, even those who are making good money (congrats!) to suggest that the stock is worth anything more than 140 max. Rob
