They shouldn't be personal message (that got removed from folder_links). I did a query to determine which message numbers were the most commonly-linked. By definition, any message occurring in Folder 1 more than once is a system message, and I was able to verify this by checking each of them.

It was only these folder links that were deleted.

However, if for some reason a mistake was made, that'll be recoverable. Folder Links won't work the same way on the new version that it does here. I'm still undecided when to make the change, but it'll be changed. Folder_Links, at least to the extent that it's used for folders 1, 2, and 3, is redundant and won't be used in the new version.

I also haven't yet deleted the "glitch" links (folder 1 links to public messages not addressed to the reader). After messing with Folder_Links for so long, and getting it down to a much more manageable size, I've moved on to other things.
