Anyone paying attention to Premier League? Chelsea has released Joe Cole and Micheal Ballack has gone back to Bundesliga. Deco is rumored to be leaving as well. Recipe for a step back next season. Manchester City has signed David Silva from Valencia and Yaya Toure from Barca! These signings certainly give them the talent to compete for Premier League Champs, certainly a Champions League contender. I need Wenger of Arsenal to step up and make a significant signing or two, especially on defense or we may be odd man out.
