including those that are the result of parametric defects What would this be? Why wouldn't it be? Would you claim those parametric defects are never caught so they can't possibly be included in the DD number? If they're never caught how would you know they even exist? Where do you think they're caught, at final test? You may be revealing more of AMD's dirty laundry that you really want to.
