I saw that too max--good eye and great response! Mulan: "Per capita consumption of commodities in China will never catch up with the West. " Max: "Geeeeze. Not only is no one is saying that it will, but it's likely physically imposssible to produce enough metal for that to happen. It's that the per capita consumption in China is starting from such a low point, and there are so many Chinese, metal consumption is likely going higher from here."
