James for now -- I choose to keep what was said... ...and what was in writing between me and Ken Danchuk confidential with the exception of the following: #1 I expressly gave Ken "no guarantees" in writing. #2 I agreed to host the company on my website and make mention of it in my newsletter. #3 I was promised in writing 100k shares from Ken Danchuk [and one other officer of the company - according to Ken] He told me they were on the way ...and they have not yet arrived. I will continue to do my part...I may even add more commentary. I began to write some commentary and got feedback from Larry Nelson [who with his group holds about 18 million shares] that Larry Vance thought I was hyping the stock when I said it could go to $5.00. Now nothing in my agreement says that I have to kowtow to the company or the CEO --- this is "low finance with an attitude" and Ken and those involved knew this coming into the bargain. I did however defer to Larry Vance and removed the statement about the $5.00 per share and said that when I can begin to speak positively without getting flack I will. Ken had his agenda...which he will not reveal to you...and I did not allow myself to get roped into it. Like I said...there is just a lot you dont know and that I am not saying...at least for now. I have no need to justify what I do to you or anybody else here on this board...period. But I will say this...Ken Danchuck promised me the shares when the fair value of the shares was around $13,000.00 and your best guess was that at the end of this year it would be worth $15,000.00 ...but it happens to be worth $131,000.00 now. You certainly made no contribution towards the rise in the price...whereas I know many float holders who bought in early as a result of my involvement with the company. Now...those shares are worth $131,000.00 and I am willing to donate the lot of them to charitable and philanthropic causes....and the shareholders. Believe me, I will do my level best to see to it that every person who writes the company gets their 200 shares. If you dont want the 200 shares....fine...but I would consider taking the offer on behalf of your children or grandchildren if I were you...esp since I am of the opinion that those 100k shares will be released.
