Sony slices baloney with Connectix Mac/Playstation injunction

" Sony sought the order, which was handed down by a
San Francisco Federal District Court. Sony had
charged that Connectix' Virtual Game Station violated
Sony intellectual-property rights. Sony manufactures the
PlayStation video-game system.

In a prepared statement, Connectix said the court order
does not affect the "tens of thousands of units" the
company has already shipped to retailers. Connectix
said it will continue to support sales of existing inventory
through its marketing programs, and "look[s] forward to
restocking our Mac resellers as soon as this preliminary
injunction is reviewed."
