The stock will probably not be sold all at once. It may not be sold right away. No new stock has been added to the # of shs outstanding. The bank showed up on the radar screen recently. Most likely its from the pref holders accounts. I never saw a 13d filing. Maybe Atheist can clear this up tommorrow. Art
