"Also, NSKY has no current debt. Yes, that is correct. NO CURRENT DEBT.

How does one expect to pay the light bill, gas bill, office expense, keep the coffe hot,
wine and dine potential private investors to finance a $50 million dollar project."

um, preferably by generating income. as a second option, a loan or debt would certainly be preferable to stock dilution right now but they do not have the necessary assets to secure appropriate funding apparently. hence we (yes i have a position now)are flipping their bills in hope for a future return, this may be the only way right now but it cannot continue. anyway has anyone asked them what their future plans are if these projects come through and they are able to back up notes and loans, a stake through the heart in form of split, or a buyback of the massive dilution to show their thanks? guess this would be a fair question as we are paying their phone bill this month. poet not able to add to position until i see capital flowing on this illiquid company. have a good day all.
