Still believe this is a sucker's rally being set up by some of the big boys so they can cash out slightly higher. Pretty much evidenced today as the KLSE is down about 16% as I type this. 4:35PM Malaysia. Two brokers told me over the weekend to stay away! I have some funds that are not transferable (at the moment) as they are proceeds and are not 12 months old, so was going to reinvest them in the cheapest big board stocks I could find and let them sit for a couple of years.

I am looking at some of the infrastructure stuff like Renong and Olympia that have traded recently under .50 Rm. These companies are favorites of the powers-that-be and are tied firmly to the government, UMNO and the Bumiputra laws. Its a can't lose situation as far as I see it. The money is worthless anyway so I'll let it sit for a couple of years.

But, NOT until the Commonwealth Games are concluded at the end of the month. Then the market will really go in the crapper! The economic reforms are nothing more than window dressing to keep the masses quiet for the next two years. Otherwise the UMNO boys would find their a.... in the street. Couldnt' have that now could we?
