Both were recreational drugs, but Viagra more so. It will medicalize male sexuality. Women have been going to their gynecologists once a year forever. Men don't have a plumbing doctor. Now they do -- although male resistance to other men telling them what to do with their dicks will create a huge off-label underground. Hefner did go public in the New York Times. He said he tried it, and the following Monday went out and bought a chunk of Viagra stock. The story I heard through the Playboy grapevine was that orgy night had been reinstated at the Mansion, that the staff was pulling out the oversize cushions in the game room.
