<<off topic>> TXN was $40 about a year ago, and it was almost $140 about a month ago. It was way overpumped. Check out its PE. Many of the Asian companies have renewed their licensing agreements with TXN (the ones that expired at the end of 1995). Fujitsu and Hitachi renewed. Samsung renewed after litigation, and the press said they signed a 10 year deal for $1.1 Billion. So, the news article is grossly inaccurate, like many that we see!
