Condor, news out on your pick NVE-v: NovaWest arranges financing Wednesday May 9 2001 News Release Ms. Alison Robinson reports The company has arranged, subject to regulatory approval, a private placement of $105,000 by the issuance of 1.05 million units at a price of 10 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company for a period of five years at a price of 10 cents per share. Approximately 50 per cent of the proceeds of the private placement will constitute flow-through funds and be used for exploration with the remainder of the funds allocated to operating capital. The shares will be subject to the applicable hold period per Canadian Venture Exchange policy. All terms are subject to the approval of the CDNX.
