Bob,

Great find! ADSL in 200 cities in several months! That's about the best news yet. This is definitely ready for prime time, commercial deployment, and the good news is that it doesn't matter much if Amati's in it because the competition will have to follow suit. Hopefully it's DMT and maybe we get a chunk of the business. It seems doubtful we're involved since we have not heard any rumors, but then again I don't think there have been rumors surrounding Westell or the others in this regard either. Maybe the contracts are still in discussion. One thing is for sure: this puts ADSL on the map and given a little time we may see the same reaction as occured with the 56K announcement by USRX (went from 40's to the 80's)
