Volpak SA Confirms Delivery of Eight Machines

NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 1999--Volpak SA has confirmed delivery on eight Volpak 240 DF horizontal form, fill and seal pouch-making machines. The delivery schedule is as follows: December 1999 - four machines, January 2000 - two machines and February 2000 there will be two additional machines delivered.

Jon Darmstadter President & CEO of The Children's Beverage Group, Inc. (OTC/BB: TCBG) stated, ''With this confirmed delivery schedule for our new Rochester, NY facility we can now look forward to begin producing product in January 2000 with the first four machines.
