Mr Mark

do you know if the ie5.0 uninstall is easier than the ie4.0 uninstall?

No and probably no<g>

notice how focused i am here on uninstalling the darn thing?) <g3>

I don't blame you one bit. The beta I've been running really has been problem free and I am satisfied with the interface. I don't see any reason personally to do an uninstall ATT. But God help me ifI ever wanted to get *all* IE files off my computer.

has communicator4.5 been stable for you

Actually the big reason I switched to ie was because I was not able to connect to the Aopen mb newsgroups with Communicator. With IE this has not been a problem. Also ie has not crashed on me once in 2 months where Communicator would crash rather frequently. Although I'm running this ie on a different machine than what Communicator was on.
