Emulex, Overland Storage downgraded at RW Baird RW Baird downgrades ELX to Neutral from Outperform on valuation as well as relatively disappointing fibre channel results from QLGC; continues to believe that ELX will report some upside for the Dec qtr, but that the magnitude is now unlikely to be enough to meaningfully increase CY03 ests; target is $25. Firm also downgrades OVRL to Neutral from Outperform on valuation; target is $16.
