Hudson, I agree wholeheartedly.

I am not in the business, just a consumer. From the consumer's point of view, AT&T is associated with reliability. I don't know how many times I've heard people say, "I wish they'd never broken up Ma Bell". Most knowledgeable people would probably argue against that statement (in fact I would too), but my point is the perception of the average customer.

When the time comes that you can get all of your services (phone, TV, internet, music, games, etc.) from one provider, I believe that the provider of choice will be AT&T.
