Chris: Superficially, ABTX doesn't look terribly distressed through the Altman looking glass alone, but negative recent events (i.e., convertible debt, accounting irregularities, senior management turnover, and class action lawsuits) help explain why the buzzards have been circling.

Can you give us a 60-second, big-picture overview of the company's historical problems and future challenges that might help us put the Altman analysis into better context?
